The Murano Glass

The Murano glass workers devised top-secret production processes, which contributed to the enigmatic beauty of Venetian mirrors.

The magical gold dust method was refined by Venetian glassmakers, who placed gold leaf into the glass prior to its solidification, leaving the gold leaf buried in the mirror’s glass.

The glass is colored with lead in this process. The manufacturers honed the method through time and achieved the abilities required to manipulate a range of impacts within the glass.

The procedure, when applied with care across the glass, gave the Venetian mirrors a new lease of life.

It is possible to create such features as creative borders, flowers, and ribbons by combining the golden method and the lattimo technique.
